This palette is a monochromatic blue eyeshadow dream!
It features 9 shades: 5 mattes and 4 metallics.
Like their other 9 pan beauties, this palette is a steal at only $12.
Right now, we don’t know if it is permanent or limited edition.

This is an awesome selection of shades, in my opinion. You have some gorgeous light tones, some beautiful bright blues, and a deep navy to darken the crease.
I personally love shades Lumi and Billie Jean, I think they will be gorgeous on top of the other blue shades!
I already have the It’s My Pleasure purple eyeshadow palette, and I honestly want ALL of these monochromatic cuties. They are surprisingly wearable for an everyday look, while being incredibly pigmented and gorgeous!

I want to give a shout-out to the other blue beauties we’ve had released this Spring!
I see a lot of shades in Blue Moon that are similar to Blue Blood by JSC. If you want a blue palette without the large price tag, this might be the one for you!
